At Zeddea we accept different payment methods. As a rule of thumb, we send shoes always after confirmation of payment.
- Credit or debit card: for payments with credit or debit card, the money is debited online in real time through the payment gateway of our bank La Caixa. They money is only taken once it is established that the data is correct. Zeddea doesn’t receive your credit card information or has access to it. The transaction is made directly with the bank. We accept major credit cards or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB.
- PayPal: PayPal is a secure payment platform that functions as an electronic wallet, so you don’t have to enter your bank or your credit card details in each store you want to purchase online. PayPal saves these data securely in your account. If you choose this method of payment you will be redirected to your PayPal account and you have to make the payment from there. You need to have an account with PayPal, if you do not have an account you can create one here.
- Bank transfer: you can make a bank transfer at the following bank account:
Please ensure you send the total amount of the order you have purchased, including shipping costs in the event of any. We also ask you to indicate your full name and order number in the concept of transfer. This will help us find your payment faster and we can send your shoes without any delay. After making your payment via bank transfer, please do send us an email with proof of payment at email@example.com. We will email you once we have received your payment on our account. Orders placed with this payment method shall remain in standby for 48 hours. If after that period we haven’t received payment for the order, it will be canceled. We can’t guarantee stock availability with this type of payment.
- Cash on delivery: in case the payment is made by cash on delivery, it has a supplement of 3.00 €. Payment is made at the time of receipt of the goods. This payment option is only valid in mainland Spain and Balearic Islands.
Is it safe to purchase at Zeddea?
Yes, we guarantee 100% security of your payments. When paying with your credit card or debit all information is encrypted using the protection system Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). At Zeddea we don’t store any data on your card.
Can I pay with international cards?
Yes, at Zeddea you can use international cards, but for international transactions we recommend you use PayPal if your card is international. Some banks issuing international cards tend to reject several e-commerce transactions abroad for user safety.
Is my personal information protected?
The personal data sent by users are protected and its manipulation is restricted according to the Spanish Law (Ley Orgánica 15/99, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal). For more information see our data protection policy here.
