Free returns and exchanges at Zeddea.com


At Zeddea we offer free returns and exchanges of all our products. The shipping costs for returns are free when the client is located in Spain and in the European Union.



- When can I return my order? You can always opt to return the products you bought within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product and only when the product has been unworn nor damaged. You can return your order if the shoes are not your size, if the don’t feel good on you, if you don’t like them... At Zeddea we allow the change of style, size and colour. We offer you the option to change the item for another one or get a reimbursement for the full amount. We are at your disposal for any questions you may have regarding returns and exchanges. - Should I keep the original packaging? Yes. In order to reimburse you the full amount of your purchase you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect conditions. The product must be unworn nor damaged.  

- How should I send the products I want to exchange or return? For exchanges or refunds, please contact us by telephone +34 695 044650 (calls and WhatsApp texts) or by email at info@zeddea.com. Remember that the cost of returns and exchanges are free in all cases.

- Do you have any verification process for the products we want to exchange or return? Yes. Upon receiving the product or products, Zeddea verifies that the shoes are in good condition. Then, we proceed to send you the new item in case you wish to exchange it or refund you in the case you wish to return it. The shipping of products to be exchanged or returned will be borned by Zeddea if they are sent to us within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. After this deadline, the cost of return will be paid by the client and returns freight collect will not be accepted.

- How do you deal with the defective products? According to the Spanish Law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios) that protects consumers and users, in the case of a defective product, Zeddea will proceed to repair, replace or terminate the contract at no cost to the customer, within the period required by law. The customer and user must inform Zeddea of the lack of conformity within two months after acknowledging it.
